Account rules
Users are responsible for accurate account information, password security, lawful use, and managing team access within their farm or business account.
Farm account ownership
Business owners or authorized administrators manage company access, team invitations, records, and subscription responsibilities.
User responsibilities
Users must verify records, comply with agricultural, chemical, animal welfare, employment, safety, and business obligations, and only use Mitch.ag for lawful purposes.
Subscription and trial terms
Use of paid services, the 60-day free trial, billing obligations, cancellation, and account access are governed by these Terms and the related trial and billing policies.
Data ownership
Users retain responsibility for the farm and business data they enter. Mitch.ag provides software tools to store, organize, and use that data.
Service and AI limitations
Mitch.ag and Ask Mitch support farm management but do not replace professional agricultural, veterinary, chemical, legal, accounting, payroll, safety, or regulatory advice.
Termination and disputes
Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, non-payment, security risks, or breach of terms. Support and dispute questions should be raised through the Contact page.
